Length check/ Relaxer Update

Hey lovess, ;) lol. I relaxed my hair at about 2 days shy of 15 weeks post relaxer. As you can see from the pic above I need a trim. I feel like I say I need a trim every relaxer haha. Anyways I'm almost at BSL wooohooooooo!




I did switch my relaxer to Motions Professional hair relaxer in regular. Why I switched? I was just in the mood don't get me wrong Optimum was bomb but I just felt like trying the motions relaxer.


I did trim off some hair all around when I was one week post relaxer but I need a blunt

New Product Alert | ORS Shealicious

Heyy beauties, coming at you guys again with a new product that recently hit the shelves. Its by ORS and its called Shealicious. We all know ORS, and they've given us some great products. I haven't tried this out for my self but they look scrumptious (:



Its a DIY cocktail mix where you add there therapeutic oil into the container which contains the conditioner which is made up of shea butter, get it? lol. So simply put, the therapeutic oil will be mixed to your shea butter conditioner to give you your shealicious cocktail.

Best Products for Regrowing your Edges- Part 4

I know Part 4 was a bit late guys, totally sorry. But there's no time like now lol. So I've assembled a few products that can help regrow edges, hairline, temple and/or nape. These are:

1. Jamaican Black Castor Oil
Jamaican black castor oil is another popular hair product in the business and does come through for us. This is why its a very useful oil when growing new follicles. It helps to stimulate the scalp when massaged in, and promotes new hair to sprout. This is especially great for thinning edges, to help get those follicles popping. I still do have a bottle in my arsenal, and I use it in conjunction to other products to maintain my hairline. Do opt for brands that have castor oil listed first in the ingredients list, or just buy an all natural 100% castor oil. Such brands are: Tropic Isle Living, Eyl and Sunny Isle.

Shauna's Fitness Journey

Hey everyone, it has been forever since Abby and I blogged but we're here for good now. Well since I'm on summer break now one of my main summer goals was to start a health and fitness journey. So good so far.


Diet, Fitness Routine

 I'm not on any diet I just eat less and make healthier choices. In terms of exercising I exercise 10 mins a day cause that's all I can take don't judge me lol. In time I will increase the duration. I try to exercise 5 times a week but I'm lazy so I do 3x the least. I use apps like best butt fitness and Sworkit Lite - workout trainer

Heyy beautiful people, my routine is a bit different than the average person I think. Instead of losing weight, I would like to gain weight....does that seem weird? lol. Well for me, I don't know if genetics has anything to with it, cause I do have a high metabolic rate. But I'm certain that when I'm stressed I do tend to lose weight. I usually gain weight in the summer when I'm off break from school, but when I go back to school my eating patterns get whack, and the added stress causing my weight to plummet down. 

This summer however, I've devised a plan to eat better and work out to achieve more desirable results. This means I eat healthy fats and foods with high proteins, while doing weight training exercises.

Welcome to Naturally Evolved!

Hii everyone! We're back. Yes we haven't blogged in 6 months, but were back now. We also took the time out to get a whole new look plus a new name. So I officially welcome you to Naturally Evolved. Shauna and I have so much in store for you guys, plus we have extended our topics on the blog to include makeup, fitness and spiritual wellness.
