I usually wash my hair every 2 weeks, if my hair is feeling a little dry because of my new growth I will wash it within a week. My usual wash day starts either Friday night or Saturday morning because I have school during the week. But when I'm on holiday breaks, my wash days might change.
Wash days:
[1] Prepoo with oil mix and conditioner
[2] Shampoo
[3] Reconstruct (when needed)
[4] Deep Condition
[5] Apply leave ins
[6] Style- Usually Roller Set
Daily:
[1] Moisturize hair
Nightly:
[1] Moisturize and seal hair
Others:
[1] Relax hair every 10-13 weeks
[2] Trim every relaxer
[3] Use apple cider vinegar (mostly down the length of my hair before shampooing)
[4] Use Honey (mostly down the length of my hair before shampooing)
[5] Tea Rinses (only did it once, but I'm looking to incorporate it back to see its benefits)
[6] Oil and massage scalp (when necessary)
