Wash Day + Trim

Hey Loveliess :)
I recently washed my hair then felt an urge to trim my hair lol.

[1] I first prepooed with a mixture of the ORS hair mayonnaise EVOO, JBCO and eucalyptus oil. I left on the conditioner for about 45 mins with a shower cap.

[2]I rinsed, then shampooed with the Creme of Nature Detangling and Conditioning Shampoo the red label.

[3] I t-shirt dried for about 10 mins then put in Creme of Nature with Argan Oil Strength and Shine Leave-In Conditioner, Lottabody Setting Lotion and Smooth 'N Shine Polishing Styling Mousse.

Relax update

Day of relaxer
Hey guys, sorry we've been away but school is just taking over our lives but anyway here's my relax update. I relaxed my hair on August 30. 2014 at 21 weeks post relaxer. I relaxed with the Optimum Multi Mineral reduced ph creme relaxer in regular.  It was a good relax day but I regret not basing my scalp so I ended up with a slight relaxer burn. Also because the relaxer had to be rinsed out sooner I ended up not getting my new growth as straight as I like. I don't think I will be doing a corrective relaxer though. I am currently 3 weeks post relaxer.

Hey, I'm Shauna

Hi friend I'm Shauna ! :) *virtual hugs*. First of all thank you so much for visiting Abigail's and I blog it's really appreciated hope to see you again soon !

Okay, so lets get into before I started my hair care journey. For the majority of my life I had neck length hair it was never super damaged but it needed some work and I knew I wanted longer, healthier hair. First of all, I knew nothing about hair care and I would always listen to other people on how to care my hair and they would tell me the many hair myths like don't wash your hair often it will grow and trim ends often blah blahh.... I also had many bad hair care habits such as flat ironing frequently, leaving the relaxer in too long which resulted in thin, over processed hair.
In about the summer of 2012 I started to use a deep conditioner by Dr miracle and I noticed it made my hair grew a bit so then I started to research the entire line because I was contemplating buying all the products smh so silly lol. Any who I started watching
